Room-Share in View Royal

Adele and Rick have a two bedroom Room-Share suite (remodeled in September 2017) in this beautifully kept, approximately 100 year old house.  Tons of character in this open concept suite with partially sloped ceilings in all rooms.  Bedrooms are private and located at opposite ends of the suite.   Shared areas include the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.  We live in a great centrally located neighborhood, with good bus service (every 10 minutes) to downtown, schools, and the West Shore. The bus stop is located in front of the house when coming home, and directly across the street when going in to downtown Victoria.
